“Hep’s facebook training has been just what I was looking for….training for computer dummies…while I know enough to be dangerous with computers, I really don’t have time to figure out facebook. His training cuts to the chase…

“Before attending this seminar,I was wondering how to promote our industry in a positive way without coming across like a used car salesman.
Now I will be more intentional about how I use Facebook for my business. Rob – The Facebook Seminar was very informative, and provided great insight into how to present yourself in Facebook in a great way. Thanks! After attending i realize that taking a risk with personal information is worthwhile and it can be done in a professional manner.

My previous concept of what Facebook was used for … college students showing what crazy stuff they do. The presentation was very helpful. The use of facebook makes sense in today’s world and I now plan to create my own profile and company page. I’m still getting over my previous concept of what Facebook is for. I realize now that more and more professionals are using it with success to network. As a result I will create my personal profile, and create a business page.

I have a Facebook page, but knew that I wasn’t taking advantage of its features and potentials. This presentation was packed with solid information, laced with humor, and well-worth the time spent in front of the computer! I’m looking forward to watching the replay, as absorbing that much information in one sitting is asking a lot of this 55 year-old brain! Rob is truly an “expert in his field.” I’ll turn to him time and time again in the future. I will make more rational decisions around Facebook, Twitter, and the other networking sites. It’s too easy to jump on the bandwagon without being fully prepared for the journey! After attending I realize that there’s a wealth of uses – as I said, I need to re-listen to the presentation to absorb it all, and truly make use of the social networking stratagem.

“After watching Hepp’s Funeral Facebook Formula seminar, I was easily able to create a Fan Page for the Funeral Home to promote our Preneed Seminars as well as our new Pet Business. What blew me away was how I can tell “exactly” how many people are in our market using Facebook. It is a no-brainer for us to include Facebook ads in our marketing. Hepp, thanks for short cutting the learning process down to just a couple of hours, it is well worth the registration fee and we are looking forward to the next class on Creating Instant Expert Status.”
